Final draft report for Phase 1 – Saskatoon Freeway Functional Planning Study
The Ministry of Highways has published the final draft report for Phase 1 of the Saskatoon Freeway Functional Planning Study. The Ministry has incorporated all feedback into this final draft report from the various Technical Working Groups (TWGs) and both the Technical and Steering Committees. The Ministry has provided this final draft report to impacted city and rural municipality councils for their review and formal endorsement.
