Thanks to everyone who participated in our public information sessions focused on the recommended functional designs for Phase 3 of the Saskatoon Freeway Functional Planning Study. The concepts that we shared incorporated the feedback received through public information sessions held in November-December 2025.
Our virtual open house, which ran from June 17 to July 3, had more than 5000 visitors. An in-person event was held in Saskatoon on June 25 and had more than 60 visitors.
This was the final public information session planned as part of the Saskatoon Freeway Functional Planning Study. Once Phase 3 of the Saskatoon Freeway Functional Study is complete, residents and businesses along the freeway corridor will have a better understanding of where and how they may be impacted in the future. The project is currently in the planning stage, and there is no timeline for when detailed design and construction may occur.
