Phase 3 of the Functional Planning Study focuses on the western section of the proposed freeway, as shown below.

The virtual open house will close December 15, 2025.
Once Phase 3 of the Functional Planning Study is complete, residents and businesses along the freeway corridor will have a better understanding of where and how they may be impacted. This is long-term planning work and the timeline for construction is at least 15 years away.
A second public information session, tentatively planned for spring 2026, will include final proposed designs that incorporate feedback received through the current public information session. We’ll provide details on the spring event through our blog.
