We want to hear from you about the Saskatoon Freeway bridge that will cross the South Saskatchewan River.
Two bridge concepts have been short-listed as part of Phase 2 of the Saskatoon Freeway Functional Planning Study. The new bridge will cross the river at the location shown below:
To learn more about each bridge option and the process we used to arrive at these options, click here.
The online comment period closed on September 28, 2020. What we hear from provincial travellers, residents, landowners, and stakeholders will be considered by the design team as they finalize options for a preferred bridge concept.
As previously communicated, this portion of the public comment period has been closed. We will be seeking further input on the bridge concepts later on in the Functional Planning Study.
There will be additional opportunities for you to offer comments on the bridge concepts at a virtual public event that will be scheduled later in the fall of 2020; stay tuned to saskatoonfreeway.org for details.
